Welcome to the Shipley Lakeside website where we would like to share with you all the current information about our plans to develop the site of the former American Adventure theme park.

We are proposing approximately 50 acres of sustainable mixed-use development around the 30 acre lake, which we hope will eventually feature office and business type uses, commercial and specialist retail sectors, along with education, healthcare, leisure and residential development, potentially incorporating an element of retirement accommodation.

This site also provides an opportunity, to have your say and make suggestions about our plans. On-line questionnaires must be submitted by 20 Novermber 2012 to be included in the first phase of consultation.
